This PR makes the extra crate compatible with no_std.
I was mostly interested to get the parser to work on no_std environments to be honest.
Because of this I have excluded the
debuggingmodule if thestdfeature is disabled.All tests pass successfully but since this is modifying features I cannot say for sure that I haven't broken something I don't know about.
I also took the liberty to bump the minor version of the extra crate because I had to update thiserror to 2.x in order to get no_std support from it.
